There are 3 things that can make or break your neck. Bad pillow, bad shoes, and for women bad bras. Racerback bras will create pain & stress in your neck and shoulders and I recommend not wearing them. The weight distribution is shifted toward the cervical spine and is not comfortable for most larger busted women. Smaller busted women (A cup) might be just fine if the bra is not too tight. All shoes break down and should be monitored. I especially recommend against the tone-up style shoe. The backward pivot can wreak havoc on your low back and neck. As far as pillows, I recommend a thicker foam style contour pillow for side sleepers and a thinner foam style contour pillow for back sleepers. One should NEVER sleep on their stomach!
